Richard is a Corporate Finance Partner. With a background of working in London, Leeds and Newcastle, he moved to Cumbria to work with Armstrong Watson. After three years of project managing numerous transactions and raising over £11m in funds for various deals, Richard became Head Partner at the Kendal office in 2006 and holds the Corporate Finance qualification.
Play
Richard adores the Lake District. He runs the paths and hills of Cumbria whenever possible. Since becoming the father of two boys, Jacob and Noah, weekends fly by. Renovating a formerly run down farmhouse has taken time and dedication, allowing him to pick up extremely useful DIY skills, including plumbing, along the way. His passions include Formula 1 racing, good wine and Led Zeppelin.
