Les has been in Yorkshire since 1996. He started his career a quarter of a century ago with us in Carlisle, becoming a Partner in 1994, and has experience of both corporate and smaller companies of under £2m turnover.

Les, with four children, coaches his son at Northallerton JFC, enjoys salmon fishing, golfing badly and spending time with his family.
